LOCKIT.MARKET ("we," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we protect it.

Subscribers:

• Email address (provided via Gumroad at checkout)
• Gumroad license key
• Notification preferences (push, email, Discord — set by you)
• Subscription status and dates

All visitors:

• No cookies are used for tracking
• No third-party analytics are loaded
• localStorage is used only to store your license key and risk acceptance status on your device

2. How We Use Your Data

• Email: To send pick notifications (only if you opt in)
• License key: To verify your subscription status
• Notification preferences: To deliver alerts via your chosen channels

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating the Service.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS). Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We do not store payment information — all payment processing is handled by Gumroad.

4. Third-Party Services

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Portability: Receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Objection: Opt out of email notifications at any time

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your subscription is active. After cancellation, we retain your email and subscription dates for 90 days for support purposes, then delete them. You may request immediate deletion at any time.

7. Security

We implement reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections, access controls, and secure hosting. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

LOCKIT.MARKET is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
