Paid subscriptions are processed through Gumroad, Inc. By subscribing, you also agree to Gumroad's Terms of Service. Subscription fees are $25/month, billed monthly. You may cancel at any time through Gumroad. Refunds are handled per Gumroad's refund policy.
Your license key is personal and non-transferable. You may not share, sell, or distribute your license key. We reserve the right to revoke access for license key abuse.
All content on LOCKIT.MARKET, including trade ideas, analysis, code, and design, is the intellectual property of LOCKIT.MARKET. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell our trade ideas or content without express written permission.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOCKIT.MARKET SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF CAPITAL, OR FINANCIAL LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LOCKIT.MARKET, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service or your trading activities.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, timely delivery of trade ideas, or accuracy of any data. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
Either party may terminate at any time. You may cancel your subscription through Gumroad. We may revoke access for violation of these Terms, abuse, or any other reason at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Colorado.
