LOCKIT.MARKET is a free, open engineering demonstration — a portfolio proof-of-concept of an end-to-end AI pipeline. It pulls institutional options flow from the Unusual Whales API via MCP, runs it through a Claude decision agent, and publishes simulated paper-trade picks in real time. Every pick lands on a public, timestamped ledger — and stays there. It runs on a simulated $5K starting paper account, not real capital.
The system runs a continuous analysis loop during market hours:
1. Flow Detection — The AI monitors real-time options flow data: sweeps, block trades, dark pool prints, unusual volume, and open interest changes across all tickers.
2. Scoring — Each signal is scored against five criteria: flow imbalance, premium weight, dark pool confirmation, Greek structure alignment, and catalyst proximity. Only signals meeting multiple criteria are considered.
3. Judgment — This is where LOCKIT.MARKET differs from a screener. The AI evaluates context that a formula can't capture: is this a hedge or a directional bet? Is the whale still in? Has the thesis degraded? Is the tape confirming? The AI makes the decision to trade or pass.
4. LOCK IT — When conviction is high enough, the AI locks in the pick with a specific contract, entry price, and thesis. This is published to the live board immediately.
5. Management — The AI manages open positions: cutting losses early when conviction breaks, letting runners run when the thesis holds, and settling at exit or expiry.
Every pick is timestamped at entry and settled with a verifiable result. The track record is 100% public and free to view. No cherry-picking, no hiding losses. Every trade — winners and corpses — is on the record.
