LOCKIT.MARKET is a free, open engineering demonstration — a portfolio proof-of-concept. It provides AI-generated options trade ideas for informational and educational purposes only, published as simulated paper trades on a simulated $5K starting paper account (not real capital). The Service publishes trade ideas, track records, and analysis. It does not provide financial advice, investment advice, or personalized recommendations.
No advisor-client, fiduciary, or professional relationship is created between LOCKIT.MARKET and any user. We owe you no duty of care. Trade ideas are general information, not advice tailored to your financial situation.
You acknowledge and agree that:
The Service is free and open to the public. There is no subscription, license fee, or paywall — every pick, the full live board, and the complete track record are freely accessible. We do not currently collect payment for access.
Public entry and exit alerts may be posted to the LOCKIT.MARKET Discord. Email and browser-push preference sync are not currently active.
All content on LOCKIT.MARKET, including trade ideas, analysis, code, and design, is the intellectual property of LOCKIT.MARKET. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell our trade ideas or content without express written permission.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOCKIT.MARKET SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF CAPITAL, OR FINANCIAL LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LOCKIT.MARKET, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service or your trading activities.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, timely delivery of trade ideas, or accuracy of any data. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
Either party may terminate at any time. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may revoke access for violation of these Terms, abuse, or any other reason at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Colorado.
