LOCKIT.MARKET ("we," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we protect it.

1. Data We Collect

The current public demo requires no account, email address, license key, subscription, or payment.

Visitor data:

• We use Google Analytics (GA4) to measure aggregate site traffic. Google may set cookies for this purpose; see Google's privacy policy for details.
• Vercel may process standard request and diagnostic logs while hosting the site.
• localStorage is used for theme and risk-acceptance preferences on your device.

Legacy records: Supabase may retain email, license, status, and notification-preference records created by the retired subscription system. Those records are not required to access the current site.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Aggregate analytics: To understand site reliability and usage.
• Local preferences: To preserve your selected theme and risk acknowledgement.
• Legacy records: To handle support, deletion, or historical account questions.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating the Service.

3. Data Storage

Legacy account records are stored in Supabase. The current public demo does not collect payment information.

4. Third-Party Services

• Google Analytics: Aggregate traffic analytics. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Supabase: Database hosting. See Supabase's Privacy Policy.
• Vercel: Website hosting. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.
• Gumroad: Processed historical subscriptions but is not part of the current access flow.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Rectification: Correct any inaccurate data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Portability: Receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Objection: Object to processing of legacy personal records

6. Data Retention

Public paper-pick history is retained as part of the project's published track record. Legacy personal records may be retained for support and audit purposes; you may request deletion at any time.

7. Security

We implement reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections, access controls, and secure hosting. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

LOCKIT.MARKET is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
